Northern Part of the Former Harisiddhi VDC Harisiddhi VDC was a former Village Development Committee (VDC) of the Lalitpur District. Since 2017 A.D. it is part of the Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City and constitutes the Wards No. 28 and 29.
