Tole (nep.), Twah (new.) means Neighbourhood Community. The name derived from Tha Tirtha means "Upper Tirtha". My idea is that each Place (Area) in the City should be represented by at least one picture of a Temple, a Shrine, a Chaitya and Sculptures.
