It is Point (11) of the Route of the Neku Jatra Matya Festival N.S. 2070. Tole (nep.), Twah (new.) means Neighbourhood Community. My idea is that each Place (Area) in the City should be represented by at least one picture of a Temple, a Shrine, a Chaitya and Sculptures.
